My Problem:

After a failed septorhinoplasty I had the following problems:
1. Internal nasal valve collapse
2. Deviated septum
3. Hump on the left side
4. Above all severe facial pain which affected my life quality (It was hard to find a confident root cause)

Post-Surgery Results:

2. Nasal valve collapse fixed with cartilage graft
3. The most important result that I was expecting => Facial pain has
gone, now I am free from pain and this is the first time in about 5 years
that I am at peace and can concentrate without the nagging pain in my
face.
